The company was moving to larger premises and had to invest heavily on property improvements, including building offices, toilets and a kitchen. We prepared cash flow projections, provided management accounts and helped the directors complete the grant application forms.
The company was looking to grow and required a business plan and 3 year financial projections. We applied for a consultancy grant from North Lanarkshire Council and successfully got the company a £2,000 grant towards the cost of the business plan. The business plan and projections were prepared and the company successfully raised the required funding.
The company was looking to bring their bookkeeping and credit control in-house and asked if we could train some of the director's family members on Sage Accounts. We agreed a training schedule with the staff to ensure they were competent in all aspects of their accounts. Before starting the training we applied for a training grant from South Lanarkshire Council and successfully got the company a £2,000 non-repayable training grant.
The company was looking to buy some new plant and machinery for their garage to allow them to offer additional services and increase turnover.
